So as I’m sure you may have seen, last week we headed up to Thredbo with LEGO to get a sneak peak of their LEGO® Friends Snow Festival.
Having never been to the snow you can imagine Annabelle was pretty excited, nearly as excited as me 😉 We stayed at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel, which is also home to the LEGO Friends Play Zone!
Throughout the school holidays LEGO Friends are taking over the Kosciuszko room and bringing Heartlake City to life, where the kids can enjoy and have fun with their favourite LEGO Friends. There might even be some awesome LEGO giveaways to take home!
While we were there we also got to experience the LEGO Friends Snow Hunt, get our toboggan over at the snow play park, head up the chair lifts and enjoy the beautiful view over the mountains and experience a wonderful fireworks spectacular at dusk! But there is honestly so much more, we just couldn’t fit it all in over our three days.
I must admit, before going I wondered if there would be much to do for a three-year-old, but surprisingly there was heaps and Annabelle absolutely loved it! Not that she wouldn’t have just stayed in the LEGO Friend Zone the entire time if I’d let her!
There is also everything you’d ever need already there, so if your a rookie snow crew like us you don’t have to worry as all your equipment and snow gear is able to be hired at the mountain!
