I make stuff, go places and live life for the plot...
Here you can expect lots of crafts, travel, pop culture and plenty of chaos along the way.
This post is in partnership with Woolworths.
While I might not be the biggest fan of the winter weather, I am 100% all for winter comfort foods!! But with the days so much shorter, coming home from work and after-school activities when it’s already cold and dark makes it hard to keep motivated to cook.
That’s why I have teamed up with Woolies to share 5 incredibly delicious & easy winter favourites you can make in minutes!
This one is so super easy! Just grab the Woolworths Chunky Beef & Red Wine Gravy from the fridge section, and heat in the oven for 25 minutes, or until heated through. I simply served mine with Woolworths Baby Leaf Salad With Beetroot. Perfect for those nights when you just want some comfort food, plus it’s super convenient after a long day.

Perfect on those rainy winter days, the Woolworths Cauliflower & Bacon Soup is great for lunch or dinner! Garnish with herbs from your own garden for that homely feel, teamed with Woolworths Stone Baked Sourdough Baguette toasted – yum!

This one is absolutely going to be a hit with the kids! Just grab yourself a Woolworths Family Selection Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Bake. It is great for entertaining, as you can grab an epic 1.1kg serving that will easily feed a family of 4-5!
I honestly do not believe I’ve had lamb shanks this good. The Woolworths Rosemary Lamb Shanks are sous-vide for 10 hours for that perfect fall apart tenderness, topped with a rich red wine & rosemary jus. I teamed mine with Woolworths Roasted Garlic Mash and a side of sauteed Beans.
How could you go wrong with this family classic? The Woolworths Spaghetti Bolognese is so easy, simply heat for 5-6 minutes and stir through. I served mine with a side of Woolworths Garlic Loaf and topped with Basil from my own garden.
