Not going to lie, Easter is absolutely one of my favourite times of the year. Especially since becoming a parent I have a new appreciation for the joy it brings my girls and the time we get to spend as a family.
Over the last few years, we have put together some of our own little family traditions, including a movie night on Easter eve watching Hop, while wearing Easter jammies, putting bunny paw prints leading from the girl’s doors to the start of their Easter egg hunt and my new favourite, bunny pancakes for brekkie!!

After some serious Pinteresting for all the cute and crafty Easter ideas, I found this idea and absolutely loved it because it was a fun family activity we could all do together, but also meant we weren’t eating chocolate first thing in the morning!
It’s also full of yummy fruit and super simple and cheap to make! And I couldn’t share it with you all as I think it’s the perfect way to kick off your Easter morning with the family!
I popped a little step by step below, and can you believe all of this cost less than $20 to make!! We picked up everything for our local Woolies and I’ve even linked it all below to make it super easy!

This one is bound to be a hit with the kids, and it only takes about 5 minutes to make with minimal clean up so it really is a win-win!
