We post items within three business days of purchase (with express posted daily). You can track your order via the link provided to you in your order confirmation email.
We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will replace or refund any item that is faulty. Please email through a picture of the faulty item, your original email receipt and order number.
We are not responsible for issues caused during transit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping within Australia may take 2-7 days with standard post (pending no issues) or 1-3 days with express post. We cannot guarantee next day on any express as we are considered regional from where we post.
